Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and FEARLESS IF LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Get Fearless Funding (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of getfearlessfunding.com (the “Site”) and the services offered through it. By using the Site or submitting a funding request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What We Do — and What We Don’t
We operate a funding-matching service. We are not a lender, do not make loans, do not issue credit, and do not make credit decisions. When you submit a request, we share your information with third-party lenders and funding providers in our network who may evaluate it and extend offers. Any funding you receive is provided by those third parties under their own terms, rates, and agreements, which you should review carefully before accepting. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a funding provider.
No Guarantee of Funding
Funding amounts, timelines, and approval descriptions on the Site (including references to business funding of $200,000 or more through SBA and other programs, personal funding up to $200,000, timelines of 1–2 business days or 1–2 weeks, and same-day funding) describe outcomes available to qualifying applicants and are illustrative of what our network can achieve. They are not a commitment, quote, or guarantee of approval, amount, rate, or timing. All funding is subject to each provider’s approval and underwriting criteria.
Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
Content on the Site is provided for general information. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and you should consult your own advisors before making funding decisions.
Eligibility and Your Responsibilities
The Site is intended for use by individuals 18 or older located in the United States. When you submit a request, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and you represent that you are authorized to provide it (including any business information). You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Communications
By submitting a request with the communications consent checked, you authorize us and our funding partners to contact you as described in the consent language and our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time as described there.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, video, and design — are owned by FEARLESS IF LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any funding provider will extend an offer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEARLESS IF LLC and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or our services, or from any agreement between you and a third-party funding provider. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FEARLESS IF LLC harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or information you submit that is inaccurate or that you were not authorized to provide.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
